To help us serve you better in case of any concern, please record an unboxing video when you first open your parcel. This simple step helps us quickly verify and resolve any issues like damage or missing items. Thank you for your cooperation!

Minor Transit Issues (Not Covered for Replacement/Refund)
Sometimes small things like a stone or pearl may come loose during shipping. These are not considered manufacturing defects, and we’ll be happy to guide you with an easy fix at home.
Color, Size or Slight Variation
Please note that some variation in design, size, or color may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. These minor differences do not qualify for return or replacement.
Color Variation & Product Representation Policy
At Libasaa, we specialize in handcrafted glass bangle sets, each curated with carefully selected color combinations.
Please note the following:
- Due to the nature of handmade glass bangles, slight variations in color, shade, and combination are natural and unavoidable.
- The images shown reflect the intended design and color palette. Due to variations in material availability and the handmade process, exact color combinations may slightly differ.
- Availability of specific colors may vary based on ongoing production and sourcing.
How to Report an Issue
We’ve made it simple:

Include clear photos or video showing the problem.

Mention product details like color, quantity, and size (for bangles).

We’ll get back within 5 to 7 business days with the best possible resolution.
Return Process
For Domestic Orders (within India):

Return shipping (one side) is covered by us.

Please get prior approval before sending any return.
For International Orders:

Returns can be sent through your own courier or relatives visiting India.

Return shipping to India is to be arranged by the customer. We understand international shipping can be confusing, so we will guide you through the process — including suggestions for feasible and cost-effective courier options with tracking, to ensure your return reaches us safely and smoothly.
Our Resolution Options
Depending on the case, here’s how we’ll help:

Repair materials can be sent in your next order shipment.

Replacement (if stock is available) will be sent with your next order.

Refund can be issued to your Indian bank account, source payment method, or kept as advance for future orders – whichever you prefer.
(Color Variation Cases)
- Returns or refunds based solely on color variation or difference from images will not be considered as defective product claims.
- However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following options:
Eligible Resolutions
- Partial Refund (Goodwill Basis) – Customer may keep the product

Return & Refund – Applicable only if:
- Product is unused
- Returned in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect in design.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Need a Quick Refund or Immediate Replacement?
If you wish to resolve the issue quickly:

After inspection, we’ll issue a refund or dispatch a replacement with your next order.
Missing Items in Your Parcel?
Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Follow the same steps as above and share:

Possible Scenarios:

Missed During Packing: We’ll refund or ship the missing item with your next order.

Lost in Transit: We’ll follow up with the courier. However, please note that we are not liable for transit loss if the shipment wasn’t insured.

Customs Issues: We’ll try to trace it, but losses during customs are beyond our control and not covered under refund/replacement.
Lost Shipment After Dispatch?
Although rare, if your shipment goes missing after dispatch:

We’ll coordinate with the courier to trace it.

Since we don’t insure shipments by default, we cannot accept financial liability for lost parcels unless insurance was opted for.
Self-Pickup or Your Own Courier?
Yes, you may arrange a self-pickup or use your own courier (for domestic orders). However, once handed over, we won’t be responsible for damage or loss.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Timelines:

Domestic: 2–5 business days after dispatch
-
International: 6–12 business days after dispatch
Delays may occur due to weather, courier delays, or remote locations.
Cancellation Terms:

Before Payment: You can cancel your order anytime.

After Payment but Before Dispatch: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

After Dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted. If you still wish to return the order:

Return shipping (both sides), 5% processing and 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item in original condition.

Shipment Returned / Undelivered?
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Customer not available

Refused delivery

Unpaid duties/taxes (international orders)
Then:
Original shipping, return shipping, and handling fees will be deducted from the refund. If you want it re-shipped, the shipping cost will be charged again.
