Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver to almost any postal address worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to the following countries: Russia, Bangladesh, Ghana, Pakistan, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar, and Ukraine. Please provide a complete street address with a pin code or zip code, as courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
For residential deliveries to the USA and some other countries, packages may be left at your door if no one is available to receive them or if there is no response to the doorbell. Our courier partners, including FedEx, Aramex, and USPS, may not provide signature confirmation in such cases.
Deliveries are generally not made on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities due to a five-day work culture. However, Saturday deliveries may be arranged for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis.
Deliveries are typically made during the regular working hours of courier companies, which can vary by country.
No shipments are made from our store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not make pick-ups on these days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing & Dispatch:
All orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframe mentioned on the product page (“Availability”). Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization, or order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch):
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Important Note on Delivery Timelines:
Delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates only and begin after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, not from the date of order placement.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. We offer real-time shipping rate calculations to provide you with the most accurate and affordable options.
Delays & Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to meet the estimated timelines, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Local courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak season or operational disruptions
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:
- Delivery timelines are non-guaranteed estimates
- Delays caused by external logistics partners do not qualify as grounds for chargebacks or disputes
- Orders in transit cannot be canceled or refunded
Tracking & Proof of Fulfillment
- All orders are shipped with valid tracking details
- Tracking information is shared once the order is dispatched

Proof of shipment and delivery confirmation from courier partners will be considered valid proof in case of disputes
Non-Delivery / Refusal Cases
- If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address, the order will not be eligible for refund
- Any reshipping will incur additional charges
Customer Agreement
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to:
- The stated processing + delivery timelines
- The possibility of unforeseen delays
- The no-chargeback policy for transit-related delays
Shipping Insurance
LIBASAA ships all parcels fully insured at no extra cost to our customers. If the courier company fails to deliver, you will not suffer any loss, as the in-transit risk is entirely ours. However, LIBASAA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for any full or partial damage to packages after they have been left at the customer's address by the postal or courier agency.
Shipment Notification and Tracking
Upon handing over your order to the courier, we will promptly send you an email notification. This email will include the tracking number, courier company website details, and the expected delivery date. You can also track your order status through our website's order status page or by logging into the My Account section.
Please note:
- It may take up to 24 business hours for tracking numbers to become active on courier websites.
- If you notice any discrepancies in delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Once your item is delivered, an automated delivery confirmation email will be sent. This email is triggered upon receiving updates from our courier partners.
If you do not receive your product within 7-8 working days after receiving tracking details, please track the shipment on your end or contact us if the tracking details are unclear.
Important: Any delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or within 48 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation email from our side.
Request to Change Address
Once an order is placed, alterations cannot typically be made. However, we understand that address changes may be necessary within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to request an address alteration, please email us promptly with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please note: Some courier companies impose penalties for incorrect shipping addresses, particularly when the address and zip code do not match. The customer is solely responsible for any associated penalties or fees. Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
If an order needs to be reshipped, customers are responsible for covering the re-shipping charges.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
- We are not responsible for any customs delays.
